HMRC plans to launch the Trusts Registration Service in June 2017. All trusts with a UK tax consequence will need to be registered and Graeme gets into the detail for you in his article.

Helen has part two of her “what of trusts” articles, taking a look at the loan trust.

Jacqueline and the rest of the pension team at Prudential get a lot of queries on the Annual Allowance, specifically around the reporting and tax paying mechanics. She’s penned an article to help you get your heads around all that.

The Technical Helpline has been as busy as ever. Neil brings you some common Q&As around trusts created by wills. Barrie has a game of two halves on the pensions side – tapered Annual Allowance and clients moving abroad.
